The 2x/week option is 8 classes per month to use for FCF Perform, FCF Build & Sweat or Yoga classes.
** By signing up for this training option, you agree to be placed on month to month recurring automatic billing due the same date each month.  Training is use it or lose it.  Any unused classes will expire at the end of each month.  No refunds are issued.  You may request your account to be put on hold if you will be out 14 days or longer by sending an email to info@friscocrossfit.com with the dates you will be out.  Your training option will automatically renew each month unless a request to cancel is received at least 30 days prior to your next bill due date by sending an email to info@friscocrossfit.com.

The 4x/week option is 16 classes per month to use for FCF Perform instructor lead classes, access to Online programs (FCF Jump Start & FCFBurn), Yoga classes and any Free In-House clinics.

FCF Build and Sweat
This is a women's only class.  Classes are 3x/week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am.  $150 month to month with no contracts.
